Why wrap your company van?
A marked commercial van is the best commercial your company can have. Work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, showing your brand, your services and your contact details to thousands of people every day.
The main advantages of labeling your van are:
1. Permanent advertising: A one-time investment that lasts between 5 and 7 years without additional costs.
2. Professionalism: A well-marked vehicle conveys seriousness and confidence to the customer.
3. Massive impressions: An urban delivery van generates more than 50,000 visual impressions daily.
4. Body protection: Vinyl protects the paint from scratches and minor impacts.
5. Residual value: When the lettering is removed, the vehicle retains its paint in perfect condition.
Recommended materials for vans
For commercial vans that will be exposed to intensive use, we always recommend using top quality materials:
For partial lettering: Oracal 751 or 951 cutting vinyl for text and logos, and 3M IJ180Cv3 printing vinyl with protective laminate for printed graphics.
For integral vinyl: 3M 1080 Series cast vinyl or Avery Dennison Supreme Wrapping Film, which adapt perfectly to the shapes of the body and resist the most demanding conditions of use.
Always avoid low-cost generic vinyl: they degrade quickly, yellow in the sun and can damage the paint when removed.
Van labeling process
The professional van wrapping process includes the following steps:
1. Taking Measurements: We measure the vehicle to create exact design templates.
2. Graphic design: We create the visual proposal with a 3D render of the van model.
3. Client approval: We present the proposal and adjust based on feedback.
4. Production: We print, laminate and cut vinyl in our facilities.
5. Vehicle preparation: Thorough washing and degreasing of the bodywork.
6. Application: Professional installation in a heated cabin.
7. Quality control: Final review of the entire application.
The total time from first contact to delivery is usually 7-10 business days.
